Utilities in five states have asked regulators to approve rate increases tied directly to new server farm construction. Filings reviewed by this newsroom show residential customers absorbing 61 percent of the transmission cost in those cases, while the facilities themselves carry the rest. Two commissions have since ordered operators to pay their interconnection costs up front, a change that applies only to projects filed after January. Industry groups argue the buildout funds upgrades that would have fallen to ratepayers anyway, a claim the filings do not settle either way.

Every round file, read into cards
Each card keeps the school, team, tournament and round it came from. That's how the site knows fourteen teams read a card, and which of them prep answers to it.
The AI never writes the evidence
The cutter only points at words in the article: where the card starts and stops, and what to underline and highlight. The server throws out anything that isn't an exact match, so a card can't turn into a paraphrase.
It preps while the round is running
Finish a line on the flow and the answer to it gets written in the background. Ninety seconds into their summary, a draft of yours is already there, weighing included.
It only cites cards that exist
Every answer points at a real card, from your database or the caselist. When nothing backs a claim up, it tells you and says what to go cut.
It times what you'll say out loud
Cards keep their highlighting, so only the words you'll read get counted. Time a case, a block or a whole file at your own speed before you stand up.
Answers to their exact lines
Type /C1 or /a2 cap k. It finds their argument on your flow, drops in your best cards, then writes answers to the lines they read.
Your partner is on the same flow
You both write in the same round at once. If you type in the same box, both sets of lines stay, and the card doc gets every card either of you reads.
It pastes into Word already cut
